The unmistakable aroma of Australian black truffle has arrived at Oborozuki. Hand-selecting the best truffles from distinguished Red Ground farm on the edge of the Blue Mountains in Oberon, we’ve created a series of culinary moments to savour this winter.

Truffle Croque Monsieur

House-made shokupan bread, layered with 18-month Charles Arnaud Comté and Hungerford Meat Co. smoked leg ham, enrobed in silken béchamel. Grilled to bubbly perfection and finished with fresh Australian black truffle. $28.

Truffle Old Fashioned

Shinobu 15-Year-Old Mizunara Oak whisky, infused with Australian truffle, maple syrup and black walnut bitters. Presented tableside through Oborozuki’s signature porthole infuser.
