This winter, Oborozuki unveils an exclusive collaboration with NEFT Vodka, a premium spirit distilled in the Austrian Alps for a limited-edition Vodka Trolley Experience, available for three weeks only.

In the spirit of refined tableside service, our team will present a curated trio of vodka cocktails, each crafted to showcase the purity, structure, and nuance of NEFT’s alpine-distilled spirit. Each cocktail is served with an elegant caviar canapé; crisp fried potato topped with salted cucumber, smoked dill cream, citrus-cured salmon, and a spoonful of Italian Transmontanus caviar, designed to enhance and complement the flavours in the glass.

Set against the sweeping backdrop of Sydney Harbour, this immersive experience invites guests to sip, savour, and indulge in true Oborozuki style.

Founded in 2011 by Katya Kuzmina, NEFT was created with the goal of elevating the vodka experience. Crafted without additives and designed to be sipped neat, NEFT is smooth, complex, and uncompromising.

Alpine Mule

NEFT Vodka, Pink Lady Apple & Oxalis Infusion, Chardonnay Verjus, Ginger Ale
A refreshing long serve with layers of fruit, acidity, and lift — bright, botanical, and effervescent.


Neftini

NEFT Vodka, Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, Lemon Peel
Our signature martini — cold, clean, and confidently classic. Stirred to perfection and finished with lemon oils.


Ruby Haze

NEFT Vodka, Blood Orange, Szechuan Pepper Infusion
A harmonious balance of opposing elements — bright, citrus-forward blood orange meets the subtle warmth and tingling spice of Szechuan pepper.. Served in NEFT’s signature 100ml bottle and poured tableside over ice.
