An intimate evening of Champagne and refinement shared with one of France’s most esteemed houses.

For one night only, Oborozuki is honoured to host Madame Nathalie Vranken, Owner and CEO of Vranken-Pommery, visiting Australia from Reims, the birthplace of Champagne.

Guests will be guided through a tasting of five distinguished Pommery cuvées — including the rare Cuvée Louise Parcelles 2005, each perfectly paired with an exclusive four-course menu crafted by Head Chef Daeun Kang.

Throughout the evening, Madame Vranken will share the stories, philosophy, and heritage behind Maison Pommery offering a rare glimpse into one of France’s most celebrated Champagne houses.
