As Sydney Harbour transforms once again for VIVID Sydney 2026, Oborozuki invites guests to experience the festival from above the lights with a limited seasonal pairing available throughout the event.
Set against panoramic views of the illuminated Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay, guests can enjoy a special VIVID snack paired with a curated Champagne pour, available across both our Main Dining Room and Teppanyaki experience.
From the glow of Dom Pérignon “Luminous” to the depth and elegance of Krug Grande Cuvée, each pairing has been selected to complement Sydney’s most vibrant nights of the year.

Crispy Nori sushi roll
scallop, tuna, trout, ikura, Kaviari caviar
Crisp nori, fried and shaped almost like a cigar, filled with warm Koshihikari sushi rice and mentaiko emulsion. Finished with diced scallop, tuna and cured trout, alongside ikura roe and Kaviari Baeri caviar.
Saline, textural and rich in delicate umami — created to pair with Champagne against the lights of VIVID Sydney.

NV Pierre Gimonnet Blanc de Blancs, Champagne, France | $55
Crafted entirely from Chardonnay, Pierre Gimonnet Blanc de Blancs is crisp, pure and refreshingly mineral-driven.
Expect notes of lemon blossom, green apple and chalky citrus, with a clean, lively finish that feels perfectly suited to the energy of VIVID nights overlooking the harbour.
